He specialises in getting your body to heal from pain and perform at it's best whether it be for a specific sport or just to live your best life. With over 15 years of being a health coach, Hector is grateful to have helped hundreds and hundreds of people with lots of different challenges and many of them that are supposed to be chronic illness, but in reality, it was all about misinformation and dealing with the symptoms, not with what actually caused the problem. That is what Hector excels at, it is about getting in touch with your daily habits, and through that he can identify what is really causing the issues. Hector will help you become friends with yourself, and move away from punishing yourself with stupid diets and flogging yourself at the gym and negative self talk.
